New table of function "sg"

The function sg is described in details in chapter Formulas and tables. It is used for the station value at Segment points. The function sg is used here for the table to be insert to define the abscissa (variable A). The ordinate (variable B) of the new table is constant and may be modified in the window of formulas and tables later.

Setting	Description
Type	The type of a formula has to be defined. A corresponding selection list has to be used. The type can not be entered directly in the edit box.
Name	Name to reference this formula or table later
Value	An arithmetical expression using constants and formulas
Description	Any text to describe the formula
